Example Code of Sorting Arrays in Java

Example of Sorting Arrays in Java. Had a hard time using a function in that you cannot retrieve data stored in an array from within
a function. Had to utilize a FOR loop to check one element value against the value of another and had to use the WHILE loop to specify the first element to use in the algorithm.
