Delete\/Remove servicenow instance<\/td>Open a command prompt with administrator rights. Type the following:

sc delete <instance servicename><\/td><\/tr>
Initial Response to a Ticket<\/td>1. Go to case.
2. Go to template and choose \u201cMFR \u2013 FIRST RESPONSE\/SOLUTION COMBO\u201d.
3. Grab text created by template and copy\/paste it into a text editor.
4. Fill in following info:

c. [code]Steps to Reproduce:<\/u> <\/strong>[\/code]

5. Copy\/Paste info from text editor back to Comment section.
6. Click on button: WIP \u2013 Work in Progress.
