These are instructions on how to set up Django in a windows environment. PIP.EXE, PYTHON.EXE, and MKVirtualENV.BAT’s path must be specified in PATH in the OS environment. That can be added by clicking on START, typing “ENV”, going to EDIT system environment, click on ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES button in System properties, and clicking on PATH.
